Metal Frames Sourcing privacy policy

Metal Frames Sourcing handles inquiry fields such as name, work email, phone, company, product specifications, quantity, destination, optional budget and supplier preference so we can coordinate factory quote requests. We do not sell inquiry data as a marketing list.

What we collect

Fields submitted through /service/feedback.act and any auxiliary notes merged into the requirement field at submit time. Server logs may retain technical metadata needed to operate the form endpoint.

How we use it

To restate the procurement brief, contact factories within the stated scope, and follow up with the buyer. We do not use inquiry content to invent stock levels, certificates or savings percentages.
